Geekbench AI reported 2,415 points for single-precision and 3,929 points for quantized precision. While these scores are competitive within the Zen 3 class, they fall short of modern AI-accelerated processors.

Storage speeds confirm the SATA SSD limitation. Crystal Disk Mark recorded 529MB/s read and 442MB/s write speeds. These figures are typical for SATA interfaces and are noticeably slower than PCIe 3.0 NVMe drives, which can exceed 3,000MB/s. Swapping the drive for an NVMe model is a quick upgrade that will noticeably improve system responsiveness and application load times.

Thermal and Power Efficiency

One of the WO4 5600H’s standout qualities is its thermal and acoustic performance. When idle, the fan spins slowly and is nearly inaudible from a normal desk distance. Under sustained load, the fan ramps up but maintains a low, steady hum without any high-pitched whistling or coil noise.
